Rejane Cowen, is an experienced, highly trained  personal trainer, and Pilates instructor.

Rejane is the Fitness expert, and Personal Trainer for Kingborough Lions Football Club, National Premier League.  She has established small group, personalised exercise classes at Hobart Chiropractic.


Seniors classes. Designed for people who need a low impact environment, to have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises. The aim is to increase muscular strength, balance, range of movement, and the actions you need for every day life. We will be using hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and weighted balls. A chair is used for seated or standing support.

Pilates Lunch-time Mat Classes. These 45 minute classes will help you to be more aware of your posture, focusing on the breath, with the flowing movement of the Pilates exercises. The aim is to relieve stress, leaving you feeling energised and ready for the afternoon. Suitable for beginners & beyond, using mat and fitball principles, muscle toning, stretching, strengthening & core stability.

Personal Training Sessions. One on one, by appointment at Hobart or Kingston.

Weight Loss Coaching. One on one, by appointment at Hobart or Kingston
